Cancellations and Returns

This Policy governs the right of withdrawal, returns, and refunds for purchases made on MEDICUBE EUROPE.

1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may notify the seller of their intention to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without having to provide a reason. If an order includes multiple products delivered separately, the period begins on the date of delivery of the last product.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write to info@medicube-europe.com by the specified deadline or use the Contact page, explicitly stating your intention to withdraw and providing the following information:

• order number;
• buyer's name;
• affected products;
• the email address used for the order.

We will send you the instructions and the correct return address. Do not send products to any address other than the one provided for returns.

3. Return Terms and Conditions

After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days. The items must be properly protected and include all accessories, manuals, free gifts, and packaging received.

The consumer is solely responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

4. Cosmetics, Seals, and Exceptions

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for cosmetics or personal care products delivered in sealed packaging that have been opened after delivery, when they are not suitable for return. The other exceptions provided for by law also remain applicable.

This exclusion does not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or nonconforming products.

5. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-compliant. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt until the refund is processed.

6. Refunds

In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund the payments received for the returned products and the cost of the standard shipping originally charged. Any additional charges resulting from the selection of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard option are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of notification of cancellation, using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until proof of their shipment is provided, whichever comes first.

The time it takes for the amount to become available also depends on the payment processor or the bank.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and attaching relevant photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will provide assistance and, when appropriate, a replacement, refund, or other remedy provided for under the legal warranty, without charging you for return shipping costs.

8. Legal Warranty of Conformity

Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty of conformity provided for by applicable law, generally for two years from the date of delivery. The rights arising from the statutory warranty are distinct from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this Policy.

9. Changes

To quickly receive a different item, please contact us before returning the item. Availability cannot be guaranteed; if a direct exchange is not possible, you may return the item in accordance with the applicable terms and place a new order.

10. Orders Canceled Before Shipping

You can request a cancellation before the order is processed by contacting customer service immediately. If the order has already been handed over to the carrier, you will need to follow the cancellation and return procedure.
